Psychic Exercises to do While in Quarantine

If you’re going crazy from so much social distancing throughout the COVID-19 crisis, why not take the time to brush up on your psychic skills by doing a few psychic exercises?

There are a number of steps you can take in the coming days and weeks to improve the likelihood that you’ll come out of quarantine more in tune with not only what’s going on inside of you, but what’s going on beneath the surface around you.

Maybe you didn’t predict this pandemic, but the following exercises may heighten your psychic abilities so that you can predict the next one.

Start that meditation routine

This one is a no-brainer. One of the best things you can do to heighten your psychic sensitivity is to meditate. Doing so helps you to learn to focus your mind on the stillness inside of you where you’re more likely to perceive psychic messages.

Even if you are in a house full of family members, find a place where you can be alone for as little as 10 minutes. Don’t say there is no space to do this; it can be a bathroom or it can even be a closet. If you can’t seem to find any time to be alone, set your alarm clock a little earlier so you can wake up before the rest of your household rises for the day.

If you’re not used to meditating, try setting your phone to go off in 5 minutes. The next day, add a minute, then another until you’ve developed the discipline to meditate for longer periods of time.

There’s another benefit to meditating at least 10 minutes a day during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meditation has been shown to reduce anxiety, and there is plenty of fear and anxiety going around because of COVID.

Practice telepathy with those you’re social distancing from

If there was ever a time to work on those telepathy skills, it is now. Since we’re all having to quarantine ourselves and stay away from other people, why not see if we can open those telepathic lines of communication.

Do whatever you normally do to get in touch with your intuition whether it’s meditate, tarot cards or astrology. Ask yourself when the pandemic will start to ease and when things will start to get better and see what type of insights you get.

Don’t worry about being wrong; you don’t even have to share your predictions with anybody. However, it’s a good idea to write them down because it’s easy to lose track of your predictions and you want to have a record of your wins.
