Signs a room has negative energy

Energy is powerful, and the more sensitive you are to it, the more it can impact you. If you have strong intuitive capabilities or psychic abilities you’re likely more affected by energy than your peers are. If you’re an empath, you’ll be even more sensitive to energy. You may notice that you feel different around various people or in various locations. This is because the energy feels differently depending on where you are and who you’re with.

Sometimes you’ll find that a certain location makes you feel bad. Many things can affect the energy of a location. An event that sparked strong emotions could have taken place there. A person who was experiencing heavy emotions could have spent a lot of time in that location. In some cases, a spiritual presence could have an attachment to that location.

One way to tell that there is something going on with the energy of the location is if you only feel bad when you’re in that location but you feel better when you move away from it. Sometimes people wonder if they’re getting sick or they wonder why they feel bad when in reality they are just sensitive to negative energy that is around them.

So how can you determine whether a room has negative energy? There are many different signs, but here are some of the common ones.

You feel emotionally drained or tired when you enter the room. Sure everyone is tired at times, but if you’re always tired when you enter a room and your energy returns when you leave, something else is going on.

So what do you do when you think there is bad energy in a room? If you can stay away from that location, that’s probably the best move. But if it’s a part of your home or someplace that you have to be, you can use sage to cleanse the room and improve the energy.
