On top of those physical symptoms, you might find yourself having confusing feelings sparked by the emotional trauma of the event. (And I don’t care where you stand on the incident; seeing a person murdered in front of your eyes is traumatic no matter who it is.)

If you have been having similar thoughts or feelings, journal about them. Allow yourself to pick up whatever you pick up and observe how your mediumship skills evolve over time.

Then there are the emotions of everyone else who is reacting to the murder. You could be picking up on the grief and sadness of those who are mourning even if you’re not sad about the event yourself. That could cause even more confusion.
