What is telepathy?
Telepathy is the ability to communicate with someone mind to mind. Many people think of telepathy as a passive process in which you are able to receive messages from someone mentally. How to send messages through your dreams
So, say you want to get a message across to someone. First of all, it’s important to understand that you’re more likely to be successful when you already have a relationship with that person. That’s because they’ll already know your energy and be open to your energy. It’s unlikely that you’ll be able to send a telepathic message to your favorite celebrity or someone else that you don’t know.
You’re also more likely to be successful if the person is open to you. If someone can’t stand you and they’ve shut you out of your life, it will be harder to get a telepathic message across to them because frankly, they’ll be closed to your energy.
With that said, here are some steps you can take to try to get that telepathic message across while you sleep.
Step 1. Before you go to sleep, get in a relaxed state.
As you’re getting more and more comfortable set the intention that you are able to send a message and visualize the person you want to send the message to. Psychic ability is not about being intrusive and forcing others to do what they don’t want to do. Rather, it’s a way to help all parties involved to live a life that’s more in alignment with their souls.
So visualize the person you are sending the message to happy to hear the message or at least content. If you can’t picture the person feeling content or happy to hear from you, it might not be a good idea to move forward.

Should you tell the person you’re sending them a message?

- One person choose to be the sender and one person choose to be the receiver. This works best if both of you will be going to sleep around the same time.
2. Before going to sleep, the sender should do the steps above where they relax, set their intention and send the message.
3. The receiver should keep a notebook or journal next to their bed so they can immediately jot down any thoughts they have or what they remember about their dreams.
4. Then the two of you can compare notes.
If the person you want to send a message to isn’t keen on psychic phenomena or wouldn’t be open to the idea, it’s probably not a good idea to do anything. And again, if the person wouldn’t want to hear any message from you, it might be a better idea to avoid doing this entirely.
