Sometimes if thoughts of someone keep popping into our heads, we are picking up on the fact that the person is thinking about us. You can read more about that here. But did you know it can go both ways? You can also use telepathy to make someone think of you.Why would you want to do this? There are a number of reasons.
- If there is an old friend that you haven’t seen in a while, you may want them to think of the good times you’ve had before you give them a call.
- If there is someone you’ve had a falling out with, you may want them to think of you and possibly forgive you and reach out.
- If there is someone who you’ve lost contact with, you may want them to think of you and potentially find a way to contact you.
- If you are up for a promotion, you may want your boss to think of you and the contributions you’ve made.
- If you have a difficult conversation that you’d like to start with someone, having them think of you can begin to get their minds ready for the interaction.
You probably have your own reasons for reaching out telepathically. You may even just want to try it to see if a loved one will pick up the message.
Telepathic conversations can protect privacy.
Say you’re in a public place with someone. If you have a telepathic connection with that person, you can carry on a conversation without everyone else in the room being in on the conversation. Have you ever been in a room with people who speak a language that you don’t speak? They can carry on a conversation in front of you with you having no idea what they are talking about. (They could even be talking about you!) Imagine being able to do that whenever you want. By strengthening your telepathic capabilities and working with a partner to develop your telepathic connection, that can become a reality.
Tips for getting someone to think of you.
So how can you make someone think of you?
Tip One: If you follow this blog, you know one of the main things I preach is meditation. Meditation, meditation, meditation. I can’t stress enough how powerful meditation is. Not only does it decrease stress and bring clarity to your life, but meditating regularly will jumpstart your psychic abilities. Sometimes I like to meditate in silence, while other times I like to use sounds and music that stimulate my brainwaves.

You don’t have to meditate right before sending a telepathic thought. Just the act of meditating regularly will calm your mind and make it easier for you to send telepathic thoughts when you want to send them. Meditation will also make it easier for you to receive and recognize the telepathic thoughts of others.
Tip Two: Hold the thought of the person in your mind. If you take one second to think of someone and then go on to thinking about the other thousand thoughts crowding your mind, there’s a good chance nothing will happen. It’s harder to pick up someone’s fleeting thought. You’ll have a better chance of crossing someone’s mind if you spend a few minutes thinking of them. Maybe you can remember some of the good times you shared. If you can call up positive emotion about the person, even better.
Tip Three: Think positive thoughts about the person. If this is someone you are mad with or someone you have major issues with, why bother? You don’t want to waste your time thinking about them let alone having them think about you. This exercise really is something you should do with someone you have a good relationship with or someone you think positively of.
Appreciation is a wonderful emotion and it can help with telepathy.
Think of all of the reasons that you appreciate this person and how they add to and enhance your life. Those are the kinds of thoughts that feel good so they are more likely to be accepted by the object of your attention, and there’s a chance that will make someone think of you.
Just to go back to the idea of sending negative thoughts: When you’re sending negative thoughts to someone, they can pick up on that. But it would not feel good to them. Chances are they would react by feeling negatively about you, though they may not understand why they are feeling that way. They may feel instinctively like they don’t want to be around you.
