Most people dream of one day meeting their soulmate. (Actually we have more than one soulmate so we can look forward to meeting multiple soulmates in our lifetimes.) But here’s another question for you. Can you feel your soulmate before you meet? The answer is yes.
We are in touch with our soulmates telepathically all of our lives. In fact, one key piece of advice that many Law of Attraction practitioners give about attracting a soulmate is to start talking to your soulmate in your mind even before you have met. The idea behind that piece of advice is that we are already capable of connecting telepathically with that person and we are strengthening the bond and drawing the person to us through the conscious conversation.
There is some evidence that we are in touch with our soulmates before we meet them. Some people dream about their soulmates — in their dreams they describe feeling a remarkable sense of love and peace and acceptance surrounding this person even if the person seems to be a stranger. In fact, dreams about your soulmate might start picking up in frequency the closer it gets to the time of your meeting. This actually happened to me. I dreamt about a soulmate for years before I met him. His presence had a unique feeling to my energetic field. I started dreaming about him more often the closer it was to the time that we would meet, and when I met him, I recognized the way that he felt to me energetically from the dream.
Other people who have met their soulmates say that they knew their soulmate was coming because they could simply feel him or her in the weeks before their actual meeting. They simply knew a new romantic partnership was headed their way. (Of course you can miss meeting your soulmate. Some people even identified a certain location or event that was coming up and had a strong instinct that their soulmate would be there. There are stories of people who knew they would meet their soulmate at a certain coffee shop, for example, and they had the desire to go to the coffee shop until they met their soulmates. Others talk about having a sudden impulse to go to a certain restaurant or social event even though it was out of character for them, and that was where they ended up meeting their soulmate.
Some people find themselves making changes in their lives right before they meet their soulmates. They don’t realize until after the fact that the actions they took were literally preparing them for the changes that would occur in their lives once their soulmate showed up.
Some even believe that there are steps we can take to make it more likely that we’ll meet our soulmates soon.
So is there a lesson to be taken from any of this? The biggest lesson is that you should follow your hunches and your impulses. If you believe your soulmate is on the way, don’t discount that feeling. Embrace that feeling and start preparing for your soulmate mentally, spiritually and physically. It wouldn’t hurt to have telepathic conversations with your soulmate (in your mind) before you meet him or her. Tell your soulmate about your day or share what you would share if they literally were in your life.
If you are currently in a relationship that you know is not good for you, let that relationship go so you can allow your soulmate to come in. If you’re crowding your emotional and physical space with the wrong person, there is no room for your soulmate to enter your life. Your soulmate will move toward you when there is a void that gives him or her room to move into your life. If you are unsure about whether the person you are with is your soulmate or not, a psychic may help you to make that decision, or you can meditate and ask your Spirit Guide for guidance.
You are meant to connect with all of your soulmates (yes you have more than one) and the Universe will give you the signs you need to do so if you are willing to be open to it. Can you feel your soulmate before you meet? Yes!
